Modek was asked via email to join what was then Tendrl by Thomas Larsen. Modek chose not to apply for additional user rights but instead retain his anonymity, however upon joining an attempt was made by Paul Wormer to reveal details of Modeks location and identity. Finding a hostile environment, Modek had no choice but to discontinue with the idea of contributing to Knowino.
