Welcome! --Boris Tsirelson 15:29, 19 December 2010 (EST)

Hello! You might want to try using Special:ConfirmEmail, by the way, since it appears the automatically-sent validation e-mail bounced off your mail server a few days ago (or was incorrectly sent by ours)...—Thomas Larsen (talk) 20:31, 21 December 2010 (EST)
The address is correct, but no mail arrived. I just asked for another mail. Nothing arrived. Peter Schmitt 20:51, 21 December 2010 (EST)
Has anything arrived yet? Sometimes the e-mails can take a minute or two to arrive. There's nothing in Knowino's mail queue to suggest that it wasn't sent properly.—Thomas Larsen (talk) 21:02, 21 December 2010 (EST)
It may easily be discarded as spam. I had such problems repeatedly on my gmail account. --Boris Tsirelson 01:09, 22 December 2010 (EST)
I allowed several minutes, of course. And nothing arrived until now. I do not filter spam, and (as far as I know) my university uses grey listing, i.e., messages of "suspicious origin" may be delayed, but will be forwarded if the sender account reacts according to the mail protocol. Odd, very odd. I've just sent an e-mail to you directly; did you receive it?—Thomas Larsen (talk) 05:00, 22 December 2010 (EST)
Several hours ago I tried the ConfirmEmail once more, then changed my address to the internal one. In both cases, no confirm message arrived. --Peter Schmitt 15:15, 22 December 2010 (EST)
I just registered at tendrl (for test purposes) as you suggested -- the ConfirmMail arrived as it should. --Peter Schmitt 18:40, 23 December 2010 (EST)

Okay, I think I've found the problem. It's proving more difficult to address than I expected, but I'll let you know once I've dealt with it. My apologies for the delay.—Thomas Larsen (talk) 23:21, 23 December 2010 (EST)

I managed to validate your e-mail address. However, I haven't yet fixed the underlying problem. I suspect that the issue may be to do with the way e-mails are relayed through an SMTP server in a way that might look dodgy to various filters. I'm still working on it. :-) —Thomas Larsen (talk) 05:54, 25 December 2010 (EST)
