Nintendo Wii

The Nintendo 64 is a video game console released by Nintendo in 1996. It was not very well-received by third party developers since the console used cartridges and the Sony PlayStation, its main competitor, used discs and gave more freedom to developers. Many of the games for the N64 were developed by Nintendo itself (along with former second party company Rare and first party company Intelligent Systems), and had some of the most well-received games by fans such as Super Mario 64, Paper Mario, Donkey Kong 64, GoldenEye 007, and Super Smash Bros..
